UK: Hope For Every Heart Cardiff Love Cardiff is a unique week-long mission experience to equip believers to share the gospel with confidence in the streets of Cardiff during Logos Hope's visit to the city. This event is ideal for individuals with experience in sharing their faith and also those who want to grow in confidence in evangelism and take a step into active mission. Join us in Cardiff to share Jesus, learn open-air evangelism, and serve alongside Logos Hope and experienced evangelists. Dates 13 - 19 September 2026 Apply by 12 August 2026 Cost £175 (does not include travel, insurance, vaccinations, visa or a DBS if needed) Ages 18+ Suitable for Ministry Details The outreach will focus on open-air evangelism in the city centre and community evangelism in the multicultural areas near Cardiff Bay, where the ship will be moored. We will begin the week with a launch meeting of worship and prayer. This will be followed by half a day of training and a ‘taster outreach’. The following days, we will meet for prayer and orientation before heading out to share the gospel in the company of a team of seasoned evangelists. In the evenings, we will have an informal café-style ‘My Story’ event where someone will be sharing how they came to Christ and the difference he made in their life. Participant Profile Participants should have a genuine love for Jesus and a desire to grow in sharing the gospel with others. It would be helpful to feel reasonably comfortable engaging in conversations with people, as the outreach involves meeting and interacting with the public in a natural and friendly way. The programme also involves walking and spending time outdoors, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is needed. No prior mission experience is required—just a willing heart, a teachable spirit, and a readiness to serve, learn, and grow together. Accommodation Accommodation will be arranged through local Christian hosts, with team members staying in different homes. Where hosting is not available, some may stay at the church and should bring sleeping mats and sleeping bags. We appreciate flexibility, as arrangements may vary. Food Meals will generally be provided, though arrangements may vary. Where hosted by local Christian families, breakfast will be included. In other settings, team members may prepare simple self-serve breakfasts and lunches. Other meals may be provided by the church or arranged through takeaways or eating out. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies to see if we will be able to accommodate your requirements. Travel Please arrange your own travel.
