Travel details are included in the information packet you will receive upon acceptance to Off The GRID. Please do not book flights until acceptance has been confirmed. Health Off The GRID is physically demanding• We hike & kayak for multiple days in challenging conditions• You need to be physically fit when you arrive and ready to be on the go all day• Allergies: Please notify us with the details, as we handle applications on a case by case basis• Physical Disability: Please notify us with the details, as we handle applications on a case by case basis Visa 90-day tourist visa for most international visitors will be issued upon arrival, however it you should check if your passport requires a visa. Please note that it is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they obtain the necessary visa(s) required for entry into the country that they plan to visit. This excludes destination countries for Ships related travel. We strongly recommend that all visa applications be submitted to the relevant consular website as per their specified requirements well in advance of your intended travel date, this could be up to 8-12 weeks in advance. If a visa is denied or not obtained in time, we are unable to offer any reimbursement for flight costs or any other travel-related expenses. All bookings are made at the traveller’s own risk, and we advise confirming placement/outreach approval before making any non-refundable travel arrangements.
