Moldova: Adopt a Church This option is for Groups of 5-12 people Share God's love with the people of Moldova! Teams will travel to a least reached village and start to partner with a local church planting ministry!, With the goal of building a long-term relationship with this church and seeing a vibrant community among the least reached grow. Church groups or ministry teams are invited to partner with one of our Local Ministry Teams to adopt a new church plant in a least reach village of Moldova. This is a village that has had little access to the gospel and discipleship and considered to be in the most unreached area of the country. Your group will come and join an outreach with a Local Ministry Team for a kids camp, youth work, visiting the elderly, poor and lonely giving food parcels and sharing the Good News. The team can help lead Bible studies and church services. We encourage each person to use their gifts and abilities in unique ways to build relationships and see vibrant communities of Jesus followers forming across Moldova. Our goal is to continue this relationship and partnership long-term through praying, giving and sending people. Under 18's are welcome to apply but must have parental consent and be accompanied by a responsible adult. Suitable for This option is for Church groups of 5-12 people Participant Profile If your team has a passion and a heart for the least reached in Moldova to be reached with the love of Jesus, then we welcome your church group or ministry team! Let's adopt a church by coming for an outreach and partnering with one of our Local Ministry Teams in a least reached village of Moldova. Accommodation You will stay in Chisinau in OM accommodation upon arrival and before departure. During the outreach you will sleep in the church building or with local families. Please note that it may not be possible for groups, families or married couples to remain together in the same accommodation.. Food Good Moldovan food is provided. Sometimes you as a team will need to prepare your own meal. Please come ready to serve together alongside the team and advise us if you have dietary restrictions. Travel Participants must arrange their own travel to and from Chisinau, Moldova (RMO). Participants will be picked up by OM team members at the airport, train, or bus station and taken back to the airport, train or bus station after the outreach. The dates above include the arrival and departure days. Please do not book flights unless you have received an official acceptance email from the short term missions team. Health Participants must be in good health for the various physical activities as needed. Visa British citizens do not require a visa to enter Moldova for less than 90 days. Children under 13 will be included on their parent’s application form. As part of our safeguarding policy, you may require a valid enhanced DBS certificate which will cost an additional £15.
